Ayo Oyelola is a professional athlete and global sports consultant. Ayo has played 4 years in the NFL as a defensive back, earned a championship in the CFL, and competed as a state-level sprinter and professional soccer player. Born and raised in East London, he brings a unique global perspective shaped by excellence across multiple sports and systems.
Ayo transitioned to American football while earning a law degree from the University of Nottingham, one of the top law schools in the UK. He entered the NFL through the International Player Pathway program and has since trained with and competed for multiple NFL franchises, bringing elite-level insight and intensity to every athlete he works with.
Through ALA Coaching, Ayo now helps athletes from all backgrounds unlock their potential—offering elite positional training, speed development, and mentorship that reflects his lived experience as a true professional.
